CARTPRO TERMS AND AGREEMENT

Upon Completion and submission of this apllication form to the Cartpro Online Shop by CARTPRO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION( COMPANY) the applicant (member) agrees that:

1.An affiliates (member,dealer,stockist,center) is an independent contractor and not an employee ,nor part owner of the company.

2.An affiliates /Merchants can post their products to the CARTPRO ONLINE SHOP and they (members) are liable for the consequence of the law in case of sending deffective,expired and not good for consumption for public items.Cartpro ( company) is not liable for any mis conduct.

3.The Company Reserves all the rights a Final Arbiter in case of disputes regarding the operation of members affiliates.

4.Membership of an affiliates is revokeable but not refundable.

TERMINATION

We may Terminate or Suspend your Access Immediately without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever including without limitation if you breach these terms and conditions.

Upon termination ,your right to use the service will cease immediately.

DISPUTES RESOLUTION

IF you have any concern or dispute about the service.You agree to first try to resolve the issue informally by contacting the Company.

CHANGES AND REVISIONS

We reserves the right, at our sole Discretion, to modify or replace the systems ,marketing programs, terms and conditions at anytime . If the revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide atleast 8 days notice prior to any new terms in effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined by our sole discretion.

To continuing to access or use of our service after those revisions become effective.You agree to be bound by the revised terms.If you do not agree to the new terms in whole or in part,please stop using the website and the service.+
